Background Info on Textpattern Themes

Currently Textpattern has no inherent support for plugable or packaged themes, and instead a theme consists only of a set of templates that are included in a piecemeal fashion. One of the technical goals behind this theme was to see how truly separated I could keep the theme code from the default or current files.

An active discussion of how to deal with these issues and what is needed in a plug and play theme framework is currently taking place on the Textpattern Forums.
