   Actually, it’s worth pointing out that Stevens’ bill doesn’t try to make big decisions on the whole net neutrality debate—it leaves the question to the FCC, who actually do know something about the Internet beyond its being a series of tubes. (But when Stevens says the Internet is not a truck—is he wrong?? He totally NAILED that one!)
